A Nigerian court has convicted a First Bank customer, Ojo Eghosa Kingsley, for failing to refund a large sum of money mistakenly credited to his bank account. According to court records, the defendant received an erroneous transfer amounting to ₦1.5 billion but did not return the funds despite repeated demands.
